Relevant projects

The following facilities are currently being designed:

• Facilities as part of a gas processing complex as part of an ethane-containing gas processing complex in the area of the Ust-Luga settlement:
- a gas processing plant;
- an LNG production plant;
- a merchantable product and raw material storage facility;
- a marine shipment terminal;
- off-site facilities

• Facilities included in the Astrakhan gas chemical plant:
- reconstruction of priority technological facilities of the Astrakhan gas processing plant;
- reconstruction of technological installations of the Astrakhan gas processing plant

• Facilities included in the Orenburg Gas processing Plant:
- separate processing of gas from the Orenburg oil and gas condensate field and the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field at the gas processing plant.

Hydrocarbon processing facilities, in the implementation of which a team of specialists from AO “ECS” with more than 15 years of experience in design was involved:
• Amur Gas Processing Plant;
• Installation of gas treatment for transport at the Slavyanskaya compressor plant as part of the project “Development of gas transmission capacities of the UGSS in the North-Western region. Area Gryazovets - Slavyanskaya compressor plant”;
• LNG liquefaction, storage and loading complex in the area of the Portovaya CP;
• Reconstruction of the Surgut condensate stabilization plant;
• Booster compressor station of the integrated onshore technological complex of the Sakhalin-2 project;
• Modernization of the production of motor fuels to ensure EURO 4, 5 quality;
• Reconstruction of technological installations of the Astrakhan gas processing plant;
• Reconstruction of priority technological facilities of the Astrakhan gas processing plant;
• Reconstruction of the Astrakhan gas processing plant to obtain the ethane fraction;
• Reconstruction of technological facilities of the III stage of the Orenburg gas processing plant (due to changes in the composition of raw materials);
• Reconstruction of the system for collecting and processing low-pressure gases and zeolite regeneration gases with the installation of additional compressors at the Orenburg gas processing plant;
• Technical re-equipment of stage III facilities of the Orenburg gas processing plant to receive gas from the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field;
• Reconstruction of gas processing facilities of the Astrakhan gas complex;
• Technical re-equipment of stages I, II, III of the helium plant;
• Flare collector of low pressure acid gases of the 1st and 2nd stages of the Astrakhan gas processing plant;
• Restoration of helium plant capacity;
• Providing design support services at the stage of Early work on the design of the facility: “Pyrolysis installation. Gas and chemical complex as part of the Ethane-containing gas processing complex.”
