Subsea Tree System

As part of the creation of domestic equipment for the system of underwater hydrocarbon production, AO Engineering Center of Shipbuilding developed a subsea tree system, and a pilot model is currently being manufactured.

The delivery set of the complex “Subsea Tree System” includes:

•    Subsea tree system valve block with shut-off valves and hydraulic drives of shut-off valves;
•    Subsea tree system protective frame;
•    Piping manifold of the control system of shut-off valves of subsea tree systems, couplings and downhole equipment;
•    Subsea tree system flow line with a coupling sleeve for the coupling of the choke module and the infield pipeline;
•    Equipment that provides interfacing with measuring equipment for subsea tree system;
•    Connecting elements for underwater control module;
•    Protective frame of the choke module;
•    Vent line section of the choke module;
•    Piping of the control system of shut-off and control valves and the coupling of the choke module;
•    Equipment that provides interfacing with measuring equipment for the choke module;
•    Technological and test equipment for subsea tree system and choke module;
•    Corrosion protection system.
