Self-propelled twin-shaft car-and-passenger ferry with bow and stern ramps for wheeled vehicles and passengers, a raised forecastle and poop on the starboard and port side, separated by a passage and vehicle stowage area from bow to stern at the level of the main deck, a main deck without camber and sheer, a short two-tier U-shaped (for the passage of wheeled vehicles) superstructure in the middle part of the length, a wheelhouse above the superstructure in the midsection area, two passenger saloons in the hold, separated by a permeable bulkhead in the center plane, two diesel gear units, two lines of shafts and a stern location of the engine room.

When transporting passengers, the weight of cargo should not exceed 40 tons.
The permissible load from transported vehicles on the wheel is 6.0 tf.
