Purpose: 
monitoring the state of shipping on inland waterways and port waters; 
maintenance of navigation signs and repair of lighting equipment; 
surveying and mine-sweeping work on ships; 
placement and removal of signs, as well as their movement when changing the boundaries of the shipping lane; 
surveying the bottom of the water area, searching for sunken objects, including buoy anchors using an echo sounder; 
transportation of cars, cargo, passengers on short voyages lasting up to 4 hours (on seats), situational signs.

Navigation area: inland water pools of category “M”.

An electro-hydraulic cargo crane with a carrying capacity of 8 tons, with a boom of 10 m, is installed on the deck for loading and unloading operations and working with navigation signs. 
To accommodate the crew, the ship has seven single and three double cabins. 
To accommodate passengers, two saloons are provided under the main deck, equipped with seating and two bathrooms. 
Additionally, on the poop deck in the superstructure there are two double cabins for passengers. 
The open part of the deck along its entire length is used to place situational signs, cars and other deck cargo.
